It was a crisp, Wednesday morning in September in Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia when the funeral for the charismatic and unconventional junior Congressman from Florida was held.
He entered office under a strange surge of populist anger, amid shouts and platitudes of “Drain The Swamp!”. He left it under even stranger circumstances.
